- Location: You may only register and use an Account to access the Services from within Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). You must not use the Website from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not hold a licence.

- Verification: We are required by law and regulation to verify your age and identity. You consent to our checks with third-party providers and agree to provide additional documents on request before deposits, bets, or withdrawals are permitted.
3.2 Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online form with accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and, where requested, mobile number.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address and/or mobile number by responding to a verification link or code sent to you before your Account becomes fully active.
- Single account: You are permitted to open only one Account with Mozzart UK Limited for Mozzart. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, with balances voided or consolidated in line with regulatory requirements.
- Truthfulness of information: You confirm that all information supplied during registration and thereafter is true, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your details via your Account or by contacting customer support at support@mozzarti.com.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC), Source of Funds, and Affordability
- Identity documents: We may request copies of identification documents (for example, passport, driving licence, national ID card), proof of address (for example, utility bill, bank statement), and any other documents reasonably required to verify your identity and age.
- Source of funds/wealth: To comply with anti-money laundering ("AML") and social responsibility obligations, we may request evidence of the source of your funds and/or wealth (for example, payslips, bank statements, proof of winnings, or business income). You agree to provide such information promptly and truthfully.
- Affordability checks: We may conduct affordability and risk assessments, including checks with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, in line with UKGC expectations. In certain circumstances, we may impose deposit or staking limits, suspend your Account, or refuse services where we identify a risk of harm or regulatory concern.
- Suspension for non-compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC or source of funds information may result in partial or full restrictions on your Account, including the inability to deposit, wager, or withdraw, until our checks are completed to our satisfaction.
3.4 Account Security and Responsibility
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any other security details strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless we have been notified of, and acknowledged, suspected unauthorised use.
- Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by a third party, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support.
- Prohibited use: You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you must not use any other person's Account. Accounts may not be used for commercial, syndicate, or professional betting purposes.
3.5 Responsible Gambling Tools
- Internal tools: We provide responsible gambling tools including deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), time-outs (from 24 hours to 6 weeks), self-exclusion, and reality checks (periodic pop-up reminders). These tools are available within your Account settings and are generally accessible within two clicks from the homepage.
- Self-exclusion: If you feel that you are at risk of problem gambling, you should consider using our self-exclusion facility or registering with GAMSTOP. During self-exclusion you must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion.
- External help: Independent information and support are available at https://begambleaware.org and from other specialist organisations.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Product-specific rules: Each sports market, casino game, and promotional feature may have specific rules displayed on the Website. In the event of any conflict, those specific rules prevail over these general rules for the relevant product.
- Time of acceptance: A Bet is accepted only once it has been confirmed by our systems and appears in your betting history. The time of acceptance is determined by our server time, not your device time.
Placing Bets and Stakes
- Minimum and maximum stakes: For each market or game, we may set minimum and maximum stake limits. These may vary by event, market, or customer and can be changed at our discretion. Any attempt to place a Bet outside these limits may be rejected or partially accepted.
- Bet types: We may offer singles, multiples, system bets, in-play bets, and various casino games (including slots, table games, and live dealer games). Availability of particular bet types or games may change without prior notice.
- Balance checks: Bets may be placed only if your Account has sufficient available funds. If a technical or manual error allows a Bet to be accepted without sufficient funds, we may void the Bet and/or adjust your balance.
Settlement, Cancellation, and Errors
- Settlement based on official results: Sports Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser at the time of settlement, subject to the applicable sports rules on the Website.
- Palpable/obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds, lines, or terms (a "palpable error"), we may settle the Bet at the correct odds, or, where appropriate, declare the Bet void. A palpable error occurs, for example, where odds are materially inconsistent with the general market or clearly inverted.
- Late or invalid bets: Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after a material advantage is reasonably obtainable (for example, after a goal is scored but before markets are suspended), may be voided.
- Abandoned or postponed events: For postponed or abandoned events, settlement will follow the sport-specific rules published on the Website. Depending on the market, Bets may stand, be settled based on the result at the time of abandonment, or be voided.
- Casino game malfunctions: If a casino game malfunctions or experiences a technical error, all affected Bets and payouts for that round are voided. Stakes may be returned to you where reasonably appropriate, but we are not liable for resulting loss of opportunity.
Fair Play, Collusion, and Prohibited Conduct
- Fair and personal use: The Services are provided for your personal entertainment only. Professional gambling, syndicate betting, use of bots or automated systems, or exploitation of software bugs or loopholes is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion: Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate results, or gain an unfair advantage (including using insider information) may result in voiding Bets, confiscation of winnings, and suspension or closure of your Account.
- Fraud and unlawful behaviour: You must not engage in fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity in relation to the Website, including money laundering, use of stolen payment instruments, or identity theft. We will report suspicious behaviour to relevant authorities.
Live Casino, Chat, and Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate language in live chat, table chat, or any interactive feature. Harassing dealers or other players is strictly forbidden.
- Spam and advertising: You must not use chat or any other channel on the Website to advertise products or services, solicit funds, or promote other gambling operators.
- Moderation and sanctions: We may monitor chats and other communications. We may mute, restrict, or ban your access to chat, and/or suspend or close your Account, if you breach these conduct rules.
Bonus Terms
General Promotional Conditions
- Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion (including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and free spins) is subject to its own specific terms and conditions displayed on the relevant promotion page. These Bonus Terms apply in addition to those specific terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to newly registered or selected existing customers resident in Great Britain, with one eligible Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless stated otherwise.
- Abuse prevention: We may withhold or remove Bonuses and associated winnings, and/or restrict eligibility for future promotions, where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any attempt to manipulate a promotion.
Activation, Wagering, and Time Limits
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may need to opt in, enter a promo code, or meet minimum deposit or stake requirements. Unless otherwise specified, only deposits made with cards or approved e-wallets qualify; deposits made with methods excluded in the promotion do not qualify.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a £20 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires £600 in eligible stakes. Only wagers that are settled and not cashed out early generally count.
- Timeframes: Each Bonus must be used, and associated wagering requirements met, within the timeframe stated in the promotion (for example, 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Any remaining Bonus Funds or unmet wagering may be forfeited once the timeframe expires, including throughout 2026.
Game and Bet Restrictions
- Contributing games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, most slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute at a lower percentage or be excluded. Details are specified in each promotion.
- Prohibited bets: Certain betting patterns are prohibited when using Bonus Funds, such as low-risk or hedged bets that guarantee a return irrespective of outcome, or staking on both outcomes of the same event. We may exclude such bets from wagering or void the Bonus.
- Maximum stake with Bonus Funds: Promotions may specify a maximum stake per bet or per game round when wagering a Bonus (for example, £5 per spin or hand). Stakes above the maximum may not count towards wagering and may lead to confiscation of winnings.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Non-combinability: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Only one active Bonus may usually be in play at a time for a given product segment (for example, sportsbook or casino).
- Irregular play: Irregular play includes, for example, placing large bets using Bonus Funds followed by smaller bets after a significant win, or deliberately delaying game rounds. Where we reasonably conclude that play is irregular or abusive, we may withhold or cancel Bonuses and winnings.
- Right to amend: We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, but changes will not affect rights already accrued. Where required, we will honour qualifying Bets or Bonuses already triggered before the change is published.
Bonus Funds and Withdrawals
- Bonus vs real money: Unless otherwise stated, your real money balance is used before Bonus Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may remain locked until wagering requirements are met.
- Maximum convertible amount: Some promotions may cap the amount of winnings that can be converted into real money from Bonus Funds (for example, a multiple of the initial bonus amount). Any winnings above that cap may be removed on completion of wagering.
- Withdrawal requests: If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, we may cancel the relevant Bonus and remove associated Bonus Funds and winnings, crediting only your remaining real money balance.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: Subject to availability on the Website, you may deposit using debit cards (for example, Visa, Mastercard), selected e-wallets, and bank transfer. Under current UK regulations we do not accept credit cards for gambling purposes.
- Crypto-assets: For UK customers using mozzarti.com for Mozzart, we do not offer deposits or withdrawals in crypto-assets or virtual currencies, in line with applicable regulatory expectations.
- Minimum and maximum deposits: Each payment method may have minimum and maximum deposit limits, as displayed on the Website. We may adjust limits based on your risk profile, affordability assessments, or responsible gambling settings.
- Fees: We aim not to charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or currency conversion fees, for which we are not responsible.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be made back to the same payment method used for deposit ("closed loop" principle). If this is not feasible, we may offer alternative verified methods subject to regulatory and AML requirements.
- Processing times: We endeavour to process withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing typically occurs within a reasonable period (for example, up to 24 - 48 hours), after which external banking or payment provider times apply. Actual times may vary and may extend over weekends and bank holidays.
- Verification conditions: We may request additional KYC or source of funds information before approving a withdrawal, regardless of any previous checks, particularly where cumulative deposits or winnings reach certain thresholds or where behaviour triggers risk indicators.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawals: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and may differ by method. These limits are displayed on the Website and may be adjusted based on your risk profile or responsible gambling arrangements.
Account Balances, Refunds, and Chargebacks
- Account currency: Your Account will be held in the currency specified on registration (typically GBP for UK customers). Currency conversions, where applicable, are performed at the rate and with any fees displayed by your payment provider.
- Refunds of deposits or bets: Deposits generally cannot be cancelled once used for betting or gaming. Bets are not usually refundable once accepted, except where voided under these Terms. Any discretionary refunds of deposits or stakes are provided without prejudice and do not create any obligation for future cases.
- Chargebacks: You must not make chargebacks or attempt to reverse a validly authorised payment. Where a chargeback occurs, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel winnings, and recover any funds due from you.
- Negative balances: If your Account becomes overdrawn due to an error, chargeback, or reversal, you must immediately repay the negative amount on demand. We may offset any future deposits or winnings against such negative balances.
Player Funds
- Segregation: Player funds are held in a separate account from the Operator's business accounts in accordance with UKGC requirements. Full details of how your funds are protected in the event of insolvency are set out on the Website.
- Interest: You are not entitled to interest on funds held in your Account. Any interest that may accrue is retained by the Operator.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: We are committed to providing a fair and transparent gambling environment. Games and betting services are supplied using certified random number generators and reputable third-party providers where applicable, and we comply with relevant UK technical standards.
- Accuracy of information: We endeavour to ensure that event information, odds, results, and account data displayed on the Website are accurate. However, minor typographical or technical errors may occur, and these do not automatically give rise to a right to compensation.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, faults, or failures in telecommunications, internet connectivity, device hardware or software, power supply, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-party systems: We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers, financial institutions, telecoms providers, or game suppliers, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Indirect and consequential loss: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
Liability Cap
- Maximum compensation: Subject to statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, our total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of (i) your net winnings from the relevant Bet or game, or (ii) the amount staked or otherwise at issue in the relevant transaction, and shall in no event exceed the balance in your Account at the time of the incident.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, database rights, audio-visual content, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Mozzart UK Limited and/or its group companies and licensors.
- Branding: The "Mozzart" name, logos, and associated branding used on mozzarti.com in connection with Mozzart are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
Permitted Use and Restrictions
- Limited licence: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for lawful, private, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited copying: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Website without our prior written permission.
- Reverse engineering: You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Website, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Privacy Policy: Our detailed practices regarding personal data, including categories of data, legal bases for processing, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject, are set out in our Privacy Policy available on mozzarti.com. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Purpose of processing: We process your data for purposes including account administration, provision of the Services, verification checks (including AML and responsible gambling checks), handling of payments, prevention of fraud and money laundering, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Changes to Terms
Notification of Changes
- Right to amend: We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, product features, or business practices. The updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised "effective date".
- Means of notice: Where changes are material and materially affect your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by email, account message, or on-site banner or pop-up.
Acceptance and Refusal of Changes
- Continued use: Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
- Right to stop using the Website: If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Website and Services and may request closure of your Account. In such case, outstanding Bets will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of placement, and any remaining real money balance will be paid out subject to standard verification checks.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for suspension/closure: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Website, or withhold payments where we reasonably suspect or identify: (i) breach of these Terms; (ii) underage or unauthorised gambling; (iii) fraud, collusion, or cheating; (iv) money laundering or other criminal activity; (v) responsible gambling concerns; (vi) chargebacks or payment disputes; or (vii) failure to complete KYC or affordability checks.
- Investigations: During any investigation, we may freeze your Account, including your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw, until the matter is resolved.
- Outcome: If a breach is confirmed, we may, depending on severity, close your Account, void or cancel Bets, confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings, and retain or return funds in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your Right to Close Your Account
- Voluntary closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support or using any available self-service closure option on the Website. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Self-exclusion and time-outs: If you wish to restrict your gambling due to concerns about your behaviour or spend, you should consider applying a time-out or self-exclusion period via your Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is intended to be longer term and more robust than simple closure.
Effect of Termination
- Outstanding bets: On closure (by you or us), any valid Bets already placed and accepted will, where possible, stand and be settled in the normal way. Where closure is due to regulatory or legal reasons (for example, underage gambling or fraud), we may void Bets and withhold winnings as required by law.
- Balances: Any remaining real money balance, after settlement of outstanding Bets and subject to any rights of set-off or withholding, will be paid out to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to completion of any required verification checks.
- Data retention: We may retain personal data and transaction records after closure of your Account where required by law, regulation, or legitimate business needs (for example, for AML, responsible gambling, or tax purposes).
